Which interval contains a number?

Build a class with addNonOverlappingInterval(start, end) and a query that says whether a number falls inside a stored interval (and which one).

Discuss three versions: a linear scan, a binary search over the sorted intervals in O(log n), and constant-time lookups by precomputing over the range of possible numbers when it is small enough.
