Terms of service
Introduction
These terms apply when you use Frontier Interview at frontierinterview.dev. By using the site, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
Frontier Interview is free to use.
Using the site
Anyone can read public questions and solutions. You need an account to post, vote, comment or remix. You must be at least 13 years old to make an account, and you must follow the law when you use the site.
Accounts and security
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep one account for yourself.
- Keep your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us right away at hello@frontierinterview.dev if you think someone else is using your account.
Your content
You own what you post: questions, solutions, comments, tracks and reports. When you post it, you give Frontier Interview permission to store it, show it on the site at the visibility you choose, and make the copies needed to run the site, such as backups and search. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already remixed (see below) and backups that expire on their own schedule.
You're responsible for what you post, and you must have the right to post it.
Remixes
Remixing is how answers get better here. When you publish a solution, you choose whether other members may remix it. If you allow it, anyone who can see the solution may copy it into a new solution, change it and publish the result. Every remix credits the solution it came from. If you published anonymously, the credit doesn't show your name.
Turning remixing off later doesn't remove remixes that already exist. A private solution can't be remixed by anyone else.
Confidential interview material
Many companies ask candidates not to share their interview questions. Don't post anything you've agreed to keep confidential, such as material covered by a non-disclosure agreement, and don't post a company's internal documents. Share questions in your own words, and leave out details that could identify an interviewer or another candidate.
Prohibited conduct
Don't use Frontier Interview to:
- Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or post hateful content.
- Post other people's work as your own, or content that breaks copyright or other rights.
- Post spam or advertising, or manipulate votes, for example with extra accounts or vote trading.
- Share someone's personal information without their permission.
- Scrape the site in bulk, or overload it. Agents and scripts should use the REST API within its limits.
- Break into accounts or systems, or work around our security or rate limits.
- Post malware, or anything illegal.
The Claude assistant
When you ask Claude for help with an @claude comment, its answers and edits are generated by AI. They can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them. Edits Claude makes for you are labeled "Claude, for" your name, and you're responsible for them like any other content you post.
Our content and brand
The Frontier Interview name, logo and site design belong to us. Curated questions, endorsements and official tracks are ours too. You can read them and link to them, but don't copy them in bulk to another site.
Third-party links
Posts may link to other websites, such as engineering blogs or company pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Enforcement
We may remove content, hide it from rankings, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts our users or the site at risk. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, email us. You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time.
