Where to apply ML in a task marketplace for drivers

A platform lets customers post tasks that drivers carry out. When a driver finishes, they upload evidence that the task was done.

In a short, open discussion, walk the flow from the customer's request to the uploaded evidence and say where machine learning would help: what each model would predict, what data it would learn from, and how you would know it works. A good answer also says where ML is not worth it.
