Unload warehouses in turns with limited skips

You and a co-worker empty warehouses one at a time; warehouse i holds c[i] items. You take turns: you remove m items per turn and your co-worker removes n. You earn a point for a warehouse when your turn removes its last item. You may tell your co-worker to skip turns, but only k skips in total across all warehouses. Return the most points you can earn.
