Time for grid signals to reach every target, then remove one blocker
A grid holds signal sources, targets and blockers. Signals spread from cell to neighboring cell, one step per unit of time, and cannot pass through blockers.
- Return how long it takes until every target has been reached.
- You may remove one blocker. Choose the removal that makes that time as small as possible.
