Tell me about a time you decided without all the data
Describe an important decision you had to make before you could explore every option or gather all the data, for example under a tight deadline or competing constraints. Explain what you knew and didn't, how you weighed the risk, what you decided, and how it turned out. Interviewers also ask about changing course when new evidence showed your plan was wrong.
A good answer shows a calculated risk: why waiting was worse, how you limited the downside, and what you learned.
