Services that go down when their dependencies shut down

You get a map of which services depend on which, and a list of services being shut down. A service is unavailable if it is shut down itself or depends, directly or through other services, on one that is unavailable. Return every unavailable service, and discuss cycles in the dependency map and graphs too large for one machine.
