Searchable transaction list that highlights the largest

Build a small interface in three steps:

1. Render a list of transactions given as {name: string, amount: number}[].
2. Highlight the name of the transaction with the largest amount.
3. Add a search box that filters the list; the highlight must follow the largest transaction among those shown.
