Remaining path length at every waypoint of a batch of trajectories

You get a tensor of trajectories of shape [batch, num_waypoints, 2] (x, y per waypoint). Return a tensor of shape [batch, num_waypoints] with a suffix sum for every waypoint: the distance still to travel from that waypoint to the end of its trajectory. Vectorize it (no Python loops over waypoints).
