Reconcile bank account balances across two datasets
- From a list of balance records for bank accounts, return the latest balance of an account, in the output format the tests expect.
- A second dataset is added. Reconcile the two: for each account and month, compare the balances they report and output where they differ.
The format details are only visible by running the tests, so check them early.
