Recommend accounts your followees follow

Given a dictionary from each user to the people they follow, for example {A: [B, C], B: [C, D], C: [E]}, return for a user every account followed by the people they follow that they don't already follow (and that isn't themselves), ranked by how many of their followees follow it.
