Predict the reaction factor of two molecules

A dataset gives pairs of molecules and the reaction factor measured for each pair. Build a model to predict the reaction factor for new pairs. Walk through exploring the data, representing molecules as features, splitting the data so the evaluation is honest (unseen molecules), choosing a model, and improving generalisation. Expect quick questions on any architecture you propose, such as transformers.
