Log manager that evicts the least important logs
Design a log manager that keeps at most total_max logs. Each log has an importance; when a new log would go over the limit, the least important logs are deleted automatically. Support adding logs and reading them back, and choose structures (a min-heap or ordered set with an index) so adds and evictions stay fast.
