Design keyword search over posts
Users publish short posts or status updates; others search them by keyword, including over years of history, and see the matching posts ranked. Cover ingesting new posts into the index quickly, the inverted index and how it is sharded, ranking, privacy filtering, and the read and write load. Follow-up reported: add location so users can find posts near a place.
