Design the system that takes a customer's order through to delivery, in the style of a large online retailer: inventory reservation, choosing the warehouse, picking and packing, shipping and tracking, cancellations and returns. Cover the order state machine, keeping inventory correct under concurrent orders, and how the parts talk to each other reliably.
