Design an LLM agent for production status, work orders and quotes
People at a manufacturing business talk to an AI agent in plain language. It has to handle three kinds of request: report how far along an order or production job is, open a new work order, and give a customer a price quote.
Design the agent: how it works out which request it got, which systems and tools it calls for each one, how it makes changes such as creating a work order safely, and how you would test and evaluate it.
