Design a pipeline that distills reusable agent skills

Enterprise customers run AI agents on their own tasks. Design a pipeline that automatically extracts reusable skills from that usage: a skill is a named package of instructions, optionally with scripts and tool-call recipes, that an agent can load when a similar task comes up.

Cover where the raw material comes from (agent traces, documents, user corrections), how candidate skills are mined and written, how they are deduplicated and evaluated before release, how an agent finds the right skill at run time, per-customer isolation, and how skills are versioned and retired.
