Design a hit counter

Implement a counter with hit(timestamp) and get_hits(timestamp), where get_hits returns the number of hits in the last five minutes. Timestamps arrive in order. Follow-ups: many hits share a timestamp, and the counter is called concurrently or at very high rates.
