Design an AI agent that reviews pull requests: it reads the diff and the surrounding code, leaves comments on bugs, risky changes and style problems, and may suggest fixes.

Cover how it gets enough context from the repository, how comments are ranked so reviewers are not flooded, how you keep false positives low, how humans give feedback that improves it, and how you would evaluate it before rolling it out to every team.
