Count user sessions from an activity log

Each log line is timestamp, user, action. A session is a run of a user's actions with no gap longer than a given timeout. Return the number of sessions per user. Parse robustly, group by user, and handle unsorted input. Follow-ups: complexity and how to run it on very large logs.
