Clean a CSV of transactions
Write a small pipeline that reads a CSV file of transactions, validates and normalizes each row (types, formats, missing values), decides what to do with rows that cannot be fixed, and writes out a clean dataset. Explain the rules you chose and how you would report what was dropped or changed.
