Cells water reaches flowing downhill
A 2D map gives the height of each cell. A drop of water lands on one cell and flows to neighbouring cells (up, down, left, right) whose height is not greater than the cell it is on. Return every cell the water can reach. It is close to the classic "which cells drain to both oceans" problem.
