Autocomplete data fetching with debounce, retry and caching

The UI of an autocomplete box is already built; you write only the data-fetching logic behind it. Debounce requests while the user types, retry requests that fail, show only the results for the latest input (a slow response to an older input must not overwrite newer results), and cache results so a repeated query does not go back to the server.
